Device Motion Detective 1.4.1

This application provides detailed detection and recording of device motion information, which is stored within a core data system. Users can review historical motion records through the database interface, observe real-time device motion lists, or analyze motion data via graphical representations.

The app supports four categories of motion data: raw accelerometer readings, raw gyroscope measurements, raw magnetometer data, and processed device-motion information—which encompasses accelerometer, rotation rate, and attitude measurements.

In its current version, the app allows for a maximum recording duration of 20 minutes per session, initiated by a single tap on the record button. Upon reaching this limit, users may restart recording with another tap. During active recording, the app logs motion data into the database at one-second intervals.

The viewing of recorded motion data is available only after a recording session has been completed. It is important to note that in the current iteration, all stored data is automatically cleared when the device powers down.
